Coating Process
We provide professional powder coating services for furniture made from metal, aluminum, or galvanized materials using advanced technology and modern equipment.
The process includes:
1. Degreasing the surface for better adhesion
2. Drying
3. Applying powder coating in the desired RAL color
4. Curing in an oven at 160–200°C
If your furniture includes black metal elements, they must be pre-cleaned and disassembled before coating.
