1. Degreasing to improve adhesion
2. Pre-drying of the surface
3. Powder paint application
4. Curing in an oven at 160–200°C
All black metal products must be delivered in prepped condition — disassembled and cleaned. Pricing is calculated individually and depends on the dimensions, weight, and complexity of the gate construction.
