At our facility, we perform the full production cycle to ensure a flawless painted finish. Each stage is handled by a dedicated department and qualified professionals:
1. Cleaning and degreasing of the aluminum surface
2. Etching of the outer layer of the profile
3. Chromating, which applies a protective layer that improves corrosion resistance and paint adhesion
4. Drying using a dedicated drying unit
5. Application of powder coating in your chosen color
6. Polymerization at 160–200°C to fully cure and harden the coating
This thorough process guarantees a high-quality finish that is both functional and visually appealing.

The price for powder coating is calculated individually based on the weight, dimensions, and complexity of the profile's design.
We offer a loyalty program for large-volume clients and returning customers, including discounts and bonuses.
Minimum order quantity: 50 square meters of finished product.
You can choose any color from the RAL color chart to perfectly match your project.
