The Elite Decor Glass division offers a full range of glass processing services, including cutting, tempering, laminating, painting, and bending.
We also manufacture high-quality insulated glass units (IGUs) that meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and safety.
PRODUCTION
GLASS CUTTING
Two automated cutting lines for various glass thicknesses and sizes, including the capability to cut laminated glass and remove soft coatings.
GLASS TEMPERING
A double convection tempering furnace ensures flawless results without thermal distortion. Maximum glass size: 2440 × 4200 mm.
EDGE PROCESSING
Glass edge finishing available in SE, GE, and PE types — each providing optimal edge quality according to the product’s purpose and client specifications.
GLASS LAMINATION
Equipped with two glass lamination (triplex) ovens. Laminated glass offers enhanced strength, safety, and improved sound insulation properties.
INSULATED GLASS UNIT ASSEMBLY
Our IGU production line delivers high-quality, durable units that meet all relevant quality standards. Maximum unit size: 2500 × 3500 mm.
GLASS PAINTING
An automated enamel application and drying line adds both a decorative touch and surface protection to the glass.
GLASS BENDING
Production of curved monolithic glass and curved insulated glass units starting from 800 mm, while maintaining clarity, strength and safety. Maximum size: 1800 × 2440 mm.
HST (HEAT SOAK TEST)
A test used to detect nickel sulfide inclusions, which can cause internal tension and lead to spontaneous glass breakage.
PRODUCTS
INSULATED GLASS UNITS (IGUs)
Multifunctional IGUs
These units provide both solar protection and energy efficiency. A special coating reflects infrared radiation, helping to reduce indoor heat in summer while retaining warmth in winter.
Energy-Efficient IGUs
Designed with low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings on the interior surface, these units enhance a building’s energy performance. The coating allows visible light to pass through but reflects infrared heat, keeping warmth from heating systems inside the building.
Reflective IGUs
Solar-control units with a thin layer of metal or metal-ceramic on the outer glass layer reduce heat penetration into the building and lessen the load on air conditioning systems. The reflective coating also softens intense sunlight, creating a more comfortable indoor environment.
Soundproof IGUs (with Laminated Glass)
Made from glass panes of varying thicknesses, sometimes combined with laminated glass (triplex) and gas-filled cavities, these units provide an effective sound barrier, significantly improving acoustic insulation.
Curved IGUs
Curved insulated glass units allow for bold architectural designs with creative, non-standard forms. They bring elegance and sophistication to building facades, emphasizing the unique identity of each project.
MONOLITHIC GLASS
Tempered Glass
Heat-treated at temperatures around 600–700°C to significantly increase strength and safety. Tempered glass is 4–5 times stronger than standard glass and is much more resistant to impact and thermal stress.
Laminated Glass (Triplex)
Laminated Glass (Triplex)
A durable structure made of multiple glass layers bonded with a polymer interlayer. In case of breakage, it holds together and doesn’t shatter into sharp fragments, reducing the risk of injury. The polymer layer also provides effective sound insulation.
Painted Glass
Painted glass is ideal for adding a unique design touch to facades. It helps emphasize architectural features, gives the building a distinctive look, and can be used to conceal unsightly structural elements or specific sections of the facade.
Curved Glass
Curved glass brings bold design concepts to life by forming smooth lines and complex shapes. It adds sophistication, elegance, and a unique character to architectural structures.
