This method involves applying a yellow chromate coating to aluminum parts — a specialized cleaning and surface treatment process. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, yellow chromating can also serve as a final protective layer for aluminum structures. This process demands strict adherence to safety protocols, constant monitoring, and skilled personnel.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure high precision and consistency throughout the treatment. The procedure is carried out on a dedicated line and includes the following steps:

● Etching bath with simultaneous degreasing

● Three rinsing baths after etching

● Chromating bath

● Three rinsing baths after chromating

● Drip-off zone

● Drying unit
